Well, I come from here, so I guess yeah, you could say it's a place with a lot of seasons. There are a couple of places where it's different every time you walk into it.

I wonder what you would say about Ishgardian robes. For some, their sleeves billow like clouds, though the material is heavy to combat the cold.
