I get it! V-Day isn't for everyone! As long as you can chill in your own way, that's still pretty good.
It's not too bad! Some of the things out here are a little weird, but you get used to it.

Look, Steel is .......... stubborn. So the space hasn't changed as dramatically as some of the others, perhaps, but it is different. The vibes are better, maybe. It's still traditional tatami floors and shoji doors, but in the main room there is a window now. It's brighter in here. Maybe not the full brightness of daytime, but not the dripping, heavy shadow of before. Outside the window is still that endless zen garden landscape with the swirling gray sky, but it seems more like actual clouds than pure nothingness. It smells like the air always does right before it's about to storm. There's a sword, mounted on the wall.

Steel is already there waiting though, standing in the middle of the room. ]

We cannot always pinpoint who amongst you is refracting, especially when they are keeping their distance and they are in the earlier stages, though we can feel imbalances in the Prism itself - the refraction takes a heavier toll here. From what I can glean and my own observations of you, it seems you have returned to yourself, correct? Your emotions are no longer out of your control? And you seem to understand your actions, even by approaching me now.

Through what means, I cannot be entirely certain, but it seems to me as if the infection has been cured in you. You should consider yourself quite fortunate.

w5, WEDNESDAY

[welcome to the yellow archway!

when you enter, there's a park. it's clearly in the middle of a fast moving city, the tall buildings with neon signs flashing in the distance. the placement of this apartment doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but there's a tall building right in the middle of a colorful assortment of flowers lining the pathway up to it. the door is bright yellow, and the area itself is constantly at dawn, the sun rising over the tops of the skyscrapers.

when you walk in, it's an apartment still, but it's much bigger, now. there's a nicely sized living room, with a seating area built into the floor. there are various pillows and cushions all over this seating area, making it super cozy. in front of this area is a large tv cabinet, with a big tv, and several game consoles. a karaoke machine sits on the floor next to the cabinet. the walls are painted like a sunrise between the floor-length windows that show off a stunning view of the city around them, and the various posters and framed pictures of cute pokemon and various manga or anime protagonists. against one of the walls is a large aquarium decorated like a sunken pirate ship, with one huge goldfish in it.

there's a little kitchen off to the side, with a toaster oven and microwave, as cramped as ever. a bathroom also exists. there's also a loft, but you can't see what's up there unless you ask. you can probably hear the various arcade noises going on up there, though.

bass is chilling on the couch, playing a game while hanging upside down off of said couch. what's up, kazunari]
