[as soon as she walks off with the intention of finding it, it will appear before her. stepping through the jade arch feels like stepping into a soothing landscape painting. the atmosphere goes grey, but rather than the monochrome of other areas, it's the mist of morning fog, still hanging low in the air. her feet touch down onto dirt and grass. she is standing in a quaint country garden. there are tall, dark green trees all around and rolling hills far away, but in the immediate vicinity is a flat, empty area with a few fenced in garden patches. the fenced in area in front of you looks to be a tidy herb and vegetable garden patch. there's a small shed towards the back of the garden, and gardening tools are scattered about.
in the distance you can see a pond and across the pond, far away, a small cottage with smoke billowing from the chimney. there are a few stone statues scattered about the garden, but after a moment, you notice that one of them in particular is waving to you.]
[Oh, this is nice. It's a great change of pace from the drabness of the world she left behind, so she stands and takes it all in, glancing around, observing, before she notices the movement.]
Oh. [She waves back?] You actually...do have a home.
I grew it, over a long period of time. The prism isn't trying to hurt us. It wants to give us what we need. It only takes it a while to understand what that is.
[they pause.]
Anyway. I've been thinking about what you asked about yesterday. Healing the hurt.
I tend to see it that way, at least. But nature always does. Prism isn't special that way.
[they are... regular plants.]
Well, I'd like to get everybody healing. I don't know if it'll be as easy as all that, though. But bandages, things like that, I can do. Anything that won't be helped with bandages and time, they ought to come to me here.
Most of the time. I don't want to make promises when everything is acting up like this. We tried to tidy up the places you're in a little and just made it worse.
But I could give it a try. [a curious look.] Is it you that's hurt?
If you're sure. But I'm always here if you change your mind.
[they consider that for a moment.]
I can give you some supplies, if you want them. Or healing. Whichever you prefer. But I'll have to ask you to do something in return. Not because I care, but because that's how this place works.
First option, you sit for a while and talk to me about whatever it is you left back home that has you on edge. Second option, you do an hour of work in my garden.
I think it would be good to pick the first one, but I won't make you.

[Noooooot sure she likes that. She lets a hand drift over to a nearby plant, though.]
Hm? What have you thought about it?

[valemtimes nightmare.]
We'll fix it. Working on it. Could use a hand here and there, too. [hmm, though.] Enough healing to go around for two at least. Sure you're okay?

[YOUR VALEMTIMES CHAOS!!!!]

If I wanted some bandages, and maybe a needle and a thread, what would I have to do?
