But I don't know how to get rid of them then... unless it could be similar to the clowns? Would using the color be enough to scare them off?

[nodding along at that, and then he'll take back just one hand (the other will still hold onto the pawpaw) to rest on the hilt of his sword]

I have a weapon - and I am my weapon. So that sounds quite easy. Will they disappear just as the clowns did?

I'm Buzen Gou - a blade crafted by Gou no Yoshihiro! Though... this body is a rather new one. Ultimately, I am a sword spirit that's been summoned to carry out the will of my master.

So I was glad to be reunited with... well, myself.

You're a sword? [they shift on the couch, leaning up like they're gonna examine him a little closer, sniffing at him like that's gonna help.]

Whoa... is that weird for you? Having a body you're not really used to.

[nods!! and buzen will just lean in, mirroring bass' interest and arguably making him easier to sniff i guess,]

It is! I haven't had this body for very long at all... though I've been sent on a few missions already.

Though I can't say that I dislike it. Even if things like emotions and sensations are new to feel.

I get that. Emotions and sensations are a lot, even when you have a body you've had forever. Do you have any favorites? Sensations, I mean, but I guess emotions too.

Hmm...

I think... everything feels a little warmer when I'm being relied on. So I guess however that happens. Whether it's someone who wants to rest their head in my lap or if a hug might make them feel better.

Huwah? Uh - no, that -- okay! [they actually do think a hug sounds nice. they seem a little unsure of how to do it in this form with their giant cheetah paws but they will!! try!!]

buzen laughs at that - though it's not an unkind or mocking sound. he's just amused, and the warmth radiates from him already. he'll let go of bass' big ol' paw just so that he can spread his arms wide open]

[well, buzen gets tackled a bit by a big half human half big cat. big hug! they're pretty good at it, despite everything.

they're pretty warm themselves, despite being static. it's probably weird to feel - they're solid enough to hug, but alarmingly squishy in some places. depending on how long he stays, buzen might start to feel a little numb.]

[tackled!! it's okay, he's ready to catch!!!!

regardless, buzen will laugh again, louder, at the contact as he wraps his arms around this strange little (big) static shape]

[unfortunately, numbness is inevitable as he will not be pulling away any time soon, instead just slightly swaying with the hug]

How are you feeling, Bass-san? I know this whole situation with us arriving here must be strange for you too. Is it tough?

Maybe sometimes, but it's fine. It doesn't bother me. [the static ripples a little at that.] They all like being alone and I don't mind sleeping or playing games until they want to do things. Even if it takes a long time.

... I think loneliness is a hard feeling, sometimes. Even I'd be bothered if left to myself too long.
