My name is Su Jiuqing. Do you have a name you prefer to go by...? The devices we were given refer to you as "Steel," but I know some of us were suggesting names to you all yesterday...

[ there are no slippers, but there isn't much of anything else either, like maybe this was somewhat haphazardly put here because they remembered that people generally like a place to sit. ]

I do not have a preference - I have not needed to go by a name for some time now. Steel is fine. The others refer to me this way.

Understood. Steel it is, in that case. [she pauses, and then tilts her head to one side.] I believe I overheard you teaching people how to deal with the pests yesterday. Is that why we don't need to worry about being accosted by monsters or those... clown... things anymore? I do appreciate that; it was getting a little...

It is more difficult to control this place with so many of you here, and all of the various color and emotions you are bringing with you. Where we might have been able to easily change it before, it is now a more complicated task. What was bending a piece of wire is now forcing steel to change shape.

The ... romantic aspect, I would expect it is something that many of you have brought. Some form of knowledge about this strange fertility festival, and how it ought to be celebrated around this time.

Well... hopefully as we become more accustomed to using our colors, we'll be more of a help than a hindrance in setting things to right.

I don't have much experience with it personally. It hasn't been something that has concerned me much, needing to be healed.

My form is mutable. I imagine it simply mattered less, to remake something rather than heal it.

That makes sense. I imagine more people would think similarly, if they could remake things so easily.
